Drain the Lake Sources: What's Verified, What Isn't
This page is the receipts drawer for the whole wiki: which Drain the Lake sources we trust, which we only watch, and why we list no Trello board or Discord server yet. If a fact on this site has a label, this is where the label comes from.
Verified official sources
One source is verified so far: the game's official Roblox listing by developer IWTM10GTMPLS, which we read in full on July 10, 2026. It defines the core loop — fill your bucket, drain it for tokens, upgrade your Skill Tree, go deeper, find your phone — and never mentions codes. Everything labeled Official source on this wiki traces back to it.
Trello and Discord: none verified yet
We list no Drain the Lake Trello board or Discord server because we have not verified one exists. Links posted under codes videos are a common scam route for Roblox games, so an unverified link is worse than no link. When we can trace one to the developer, it appears here with the evidence.
Community sources we watch
Player guides and wiki sites supply useful leads — the Upgrade Computer, the six checkpoints, The Abyss, the Find My Phone badge — and every one of those enters this site as Unverified until our playtest confirms it. We watch them; we do not copy them as fact. That is the difference the labels exist to protect.
How the three labels work
Confirmed in game means we saw it ourselves, usually with a screenshot. Official source means it comes from the Roblox listing or the developer directly. Unverified means a community report we have not tested — like most depth and token numbers floating around. Our first full playtest is still pending, so the honest mix today leans Official and Unverified.
FAQ
Is there an official Drain the Lake Trello board?
Not that we can verify. No Trello board traceable to the developer has passed our check as of July 10, 2026, and boards shared under codes videos are a known scam pattern. If a real one surfaces, it will be listed here with the evidence trail.
Is there an official Discord server for Drain the Lake?
Unknown — we have not verified any Discord server as official yet. Treat invite links from comment sections as fake until the developer's Roblox profile or game page points to one. This page updates the day a verified invite exists, with a screenshot of the source.
How does this wiki verify Drain the Lake facts?
Three labels: Confirmed in game (we tested it ourselves), Official source (the Roblox listing or developer channels), and Unverified (community reports pending our playtest). Facts never move up a tier without evidence, and corrections are noted openly instead of silently edited.
